🔁 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

All original tags and labels must be attached

You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

⚠️ Important:
Do not return any items without contacting us first. Since our products are shipped from different suppliers, the return address may vary depending on the item.

Once your return request is approved:

You’ll receive a return address and shipping instructions

In some cases, we may provide a return label (based on eligibility and item type)

Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos/videos of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue ASAP through a replacement or refund — no stress.

Items marked as Final Sale

Opened or used personal items (e.g., beauty tools, hygiene-related items)

Gift cards
